Every PROTECH unit is delivered fully equipped with professional personal protective equipment from the Italian manufacturer SPASCIANI, ensuring safe and comfortable operation from the very first minute:

• 100 and 200 liter tank units — equipped with Spasciani ACS951 ventilated hoods featuring a compact breathing filter, fully prepared and ready for immediate use.

To ensure a continuous and high-quality sandblasting process, we recommend using the Sabbiatrici WB moisture and condensate separator tank. Moisture present in compressed air can negatively affect abrasive flow, causing clumping in abrasive materials with a high dust content (for example, sand consisting of approximately 60% whole sand grains and around 40% dust). Condensate (a mixture of water and oil vapor) inside the tank, upon contact with dust, forms sticky clumps of dust mass that clog the abrasive metering valve — disrupting abrasive feed and causing a pulsating jet effect that reduces work productivity.
